StellOps

Privacy policy

Version of October 12, 2026

This policy explains what data StellOps processes, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights. It applies to visitors of this site, to our prospects and to our clients.

Data controller

Thomas Richardson, sole proprietor trading as StellOps, SIRET 923 582 258 00029, 107 boulevard Lefebvre, 75015 Paris, France. Contact: thomas@stellops.com.

Dossier requests on this site

What you enter in the form: company name, business type, city, first name, phone and, if you wish, email. If you select your company from the suggested list, its address and SIRET are taken from the official French company register.

Purposes: generate your dossier, send it to you, call you back to answer your questions. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

While you type, your browser queries the public company directory directly (recherche-entreprises.api.gouv.fr, run by DINUM): only the text typed in the “Company name” field is sent to it.

Business conversations

Business contact details (name, company, phone, email) and the content of our conversations by phone, email or WhatsApp, to answer your requests and prepare a quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Outreach to businesses

We may contact businesses using public business contact details: the RGE professionals directory (ADEME), the French company register (Sirene, annuaire-entreprises.data.gouv.fr) and online business listings. Purpose: presenting our services. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

You can object at any time: reply “no thanks” to our message, or email thomas@stellops.com. We will not contact you again.

Delivering the service

Information sent through our launch questionnaire (company identity, services, areas, content, logo, photos), to build and maintain your site. Legal basis: performance of the contract.

Payment and invoicing

Identity, billing address, SIRET and payment history, to collect payments and invoice. Payments are processed by Stripe: StellOps never sees your card numbers. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal accounting obligations.

Visiting this site and cookies

Without your consent, this site sets no cookies. Our host keeps technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) for security. Fonts are served by this site itself.

Only with your consent, we measure visits with Google Analytics (page views, referrer, device type). Google Analytics then sets the _ga and _ga_<id> cookies, kept for 13 months at most. No ads, no tracking on other sites.

Your choice is kept for 6 months in your browser. You can change it at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Anonymous measurement and storage on your device

To improve the journey, this site counts anonymous events, for example “dossier generated” or “WhatsApp click”, with the language and the page. No identifier, no cookie and no IP address is kept with these events.

The company name you type stays in your browser for the length of your visit, to personalise the page. The generated dossier is saved on your device only, so you can find it again, even offline. None of this reaches us until you send your request.

StellOps assistant

Questions asked to the assistant are only used to answer them and are not kept by StellOps. When the assistant relies on an artificial intelligence model, your question is sent to Anthropic, which processes it on our behalf and does not use it to train its models. Do not include sensitive data.

Recipients

Your data is never sold. Only StellOps and the technical providers that help us deliver the service can access it, within the limits of their task: Vercel (site hosting), Supabase (database, hosted in the European Union), Resend (site emails, sent from the European Union), Zoho (email), Google (document storage; audience measurement if you accept it), Stripe (payments and invoices), Tally (forms), WhatsApp (messaging, if you choose this channel), Anthropic (the site assistant, when it uses an AI model).

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. These transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, such as a European Commission adequacy decision or its standard contractual clauses.

Retention

  • Requests received through this site and prospects: 3 years from our last exchange.
  • Clients: for the whole relationship, then 3 years.
  • Invoices and accounting records: 10 years, as required by law.
  • Audience measurement cookies: 13 months at most. Your cookie choice: 6 months.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, email thomas@stellops.com: we reply within one month at the latest. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Our clients’ websites

For requests received through the sites we build, the client is the data controller and StellOps acts as processor, under the conditions of article 12 of our terms of sale.
